Ralph Lauren’s highly coveted limited-edition polo series is coming to an end, but not without one last statement-making shirt to close it off. After inspiration from collegiate wear, souvenir jackets, and denim, Ralph is tapping into one last classic: military camo.
The Military Polo is the fifth (and last) in the series of limited-edition polos the brand has been rolling out over the past few months. It’s also the second one to take inspiration from the armed forces; the first drop was inspired by the embroidered satin jackets soldiers wore to commemorate tours of duty in the mid-20th Century. The final polo was inspired by the U.S. Army-issue duffel bag that World War II–era servicemen used.
The military inspiration is apparent. The classic camo, the military-esque patches, and the white stenciled text all feel fully in line with the chosen theme. And it looks great. This is your last chance for one of these limited polos—grab one while you can.
